At the end of February, Grant turned one. I can't believe how fast the time has gone. Grant is such a lucky boy he had a birthday party with each side of the family. At Mema and Papa's house he had the traditional 1st birthday carousel cake. This is a tradition that goes back to when Papa was a little one. As is common, he gets the cake all to himself and gets to dig right in. As you'll see in the pictures, he decided early on that he LOVES cake and couldn't wait to get it all over him.

He borrowed Auntie's hat, making him look like a chauffeur to drive his new car in style
Opening another present, he got some very cool clothes.
Overall, it was a very fun day. Thanks to Mema and Papa for making it such a special party.
